State Library of Queensland is offering travel bursaries of up to $1,500 to support library staff attendance at one of the Rural and Small Libraries workshops being held in Longreach or Townsville.
Registration and participation in this event is free and participation is encouraged.
Bursaries will assist councils in meeting the costs of staff attendance including travel and accommodation costs.

Workshop Dates
- Longreach workshop – 10-11 March 2026
- Townsville workshop – 18-19 March 2026
Applications close on 6 February, 2026.
Successful applicants will be notified by 16 February, 2026.
